What file formats do you accept?
STL, STEP, 3MF and OBJ up to 200 MB. STEP is preferred for engineering parts — it preserves curves exactly.
How fast is turnaround?
Standard jobs ship in 3–5 business days. Engineering materials (PA-CF, CF-PC) take 5–7 days. Rush service available.
What's the maximum print size?
Single parts up to 400 × 400 × 500 mm. Larger geometries can be split and bonded — we'll suggest the cut during quoting.
Can you print NDA / commercial projects?
Yes. We sign NDAs for contract production runs and keep customer files segregated. Ask about our Contract tier.
Do you offer post-processing?
Support removal, sanding, vapor-smoothing (ABS) and priming. Painting and assembly are quoted per project.
