FAQ

Common questions.

What nozzle do I need for carbon-fiber filament?

+

Hardened steel (Obxidian, CHT hardened, tungsten carbide) minimum. Stock brass nozzles wear out within 1–2 kg of printing.

How should I store this spool?

+

Dry box at <20% RH once opened. PA-CF absorbs atmospheric moisture quickly and prints poorly once wet. We ship sealed with silica.

What's your return policy on opened spools?

+

Unopened spools: 30-day return. Opened spools: defective only. If the filament does not meet published spec, send a sample and we will replace.

Do you do bulk pricing?

+

Yes — 10+ kg orders get contract pricing. Contact sales for a volume quote.
