Do you ship outside the continental US?
+Yes — machines ship anywhere in North America via freight. Please request a quote for international delivery; we handle export documentation in-house.
What is the installation process?
+Industrial machines include a 2-day on-boarding session at your facility (PST travel days quoted separately). Consumer machines ship ready-to-use.
Can I try before I buy?
+We run demo prints on request. Send us a representative STL; we'll print it on the machine you are considering and ship the part for evaluation — no obligation.
How does service work after the warranty ends?
+All DML-supplied machines are supported indefinitely for parts and labor at time-and-materials rates. We keep spare parts in El Monte for every model we sell.
